A reminder for everyone - especially all you girls (including myself) - who aren't always nice to themselves when they look in the mirror. Remembering self compassion in these situations can be really tough, but I try to remind myself to be my own best friend, and I would never tell my best friend she is fat/ugly/etc. Working on bettering my internal dialogue to myself has had a huge impact on my anxiety. I'll admit that I'm not perfect at the self best friend thing yet, but I'll get there.
Originally designed as a graphic element for a poster I did in the Publications Office today with help from a couple fonts. "Body" and "says" are my own original lettering, and the rest is bits and pieces of free, destroyed typefaces. Quote was provided with job order.
