Today I'm releasing one of four brand-new pages on my website that are dedicated to cannabis and self-care! This page is dedicated to talking about nutrition and introduces cannabis as a vegetable, explaining why it is such a nutritious plant. In the spirit of using cannabis for nutritional purposes, we have teamed up with California-based Highland Pantry to bring you some delicious medicated almond butter recipes. Your challenge today is to try one of these recipes!
Don't have access to the delicious Highland Pantry almond butter? No worries! You can make all of these recipes with regular, unmedicated almond butters - or even other nut butters like peanut butter if you choose! The goal of this challenge is to encourage you to try something new - and if you love it, you can add it to your "clean and healthy eating" recipe list. :) Be sure to visit the Highland Pantry page to learn about how edibles interact with your body!
Here are a few questions to reflect on today while you nourish your body:
- How am I feeling emotionally before I decided to eat?
- How did the food I chose to eat make me feel physically? Emotionally?
