• 1 slice seeded bread - toasted
• 1/2 avocado - sliced thin
• 2 Tbsp Greek yogurt
• 1 tsp medicated avocado oil
• 1/2 lemon zest
• 5 mint leaves - torn
• pinch of hemp seeds
• salt to taste
