Welcome to the #SelfCareShare!!

We are SO excited to have you join us!  

For the next 10 days, we are going to be sharing tips, tools, education and inspiration to help you develop your own personal self-care regimen. Along the way, our team is going to be talking about how cannabis can be used in all parts of a balance, healthy and responsible lifestyle. 

This challenge is designed to help make you more aware of your daily choices and how they impact your wellness. 

We want to encourage you to take control of your health and develop your own daily self-care practice that works for you. We want to educate you on how cannabis interacts with all the different facets of whole-health. And we want you to know that no matter where you are in life, you can take joy in self-care.

Taking time to unwind from life has been proven to help you live smarter, happier, and more creatively.

In fact, studies say it’s vital to have at least twenty minutes a day to do something relaxing and revitalizing for yourself - whatever that may look like. But with all the time and energy our work and personal lives demand from us, finding a small chunk of time to simply be with ourselves can often seem like too much to ask for. Cannabis can help you create a practice of self-care that gives you back the energy you’re constantly giving to others.

Whether you use cannabis as a reward or as motivation, it can encourage you to complete your tasks and enjoy your day. 

 

Rejuvenation

Cannabis can heighten your senses and help you appreciate the present moment, a vital tool for true well-being.

Sleep

Used as a sleep aid, cannabis can help the body renew itself and wake up ready for a new day. 

 

Self-care is as important as any other topic in health because it embodies all areas of our well-being, and cannabis has been a catalyst for many people to realize how important it is to be in tune with their own health needs.

Taking care of ourselves is something we often have to learn later in life, after we’ve already learned how to be daughters, brothers, friends, mothers, and leaders who give so much energy to others. But it’s a vital lesson to learn and one that not only enriches our lives but the lives of those around us. As we come forward and share how cannabis has helped us live healthy, responsible and balanced lives and as we speak out about how important it is to care for all parts of our well-being, we give others permission to do the same.
