1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and pulse until mixture is finely chopped.
2. Either form into bite-size balls or press mixture into the bottom of a pan. Refrigerate.
Alternative Options: Instead of dates, try raisins or other dried fruits. Instead of almonds, try walnuts, pecans, or a mix.
Ingredient Tip: Look for dates that don’t have any added sugars in the ingredients list to keep sugars at a minimum.
2 c. dates
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
2 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tbsp. honey
1/4 c. coconut flakes
1/2 c. almonds
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 pinch salt
