I have an obsession with Nasoya eggrolls; they're cheap, quick, easy, versatile, healthy, and delicious! I've had a blast concocting all kinds of different meals with these, and this is by far one of my favorites. For these, I just added 2 tbsp. ground, grilled chicken (chopped with my food processor), 1 tsp. sugar-free barbecue sauce, spinach, chopped onion, and cheddar cheese then wrapped them up and baked them in the oven 5 minutes at 415 degrees, then flipped them and baked them 2 minutes more. I ate these with some leftover sweet potato fries (my absolute favorite...and they're so good leftover, too!).
The photoshoot was interesting to say the least...it's not easy getting two spoiled dogs who believe that they are starving to cooperate for too long a shoot. They really couldn't understand why all this food was on the ground...and why they weren't allowed near it. Don't worry, I gave them a reward in the end for their decent behavior!
